The room was too small for two people and two suitcases, i did not have much space to move around. I found this quite inconvenient.

the location is super convenient! it's right next to the jr shimbashi station. i found a family mart downstairs which was so useful for late-night snacks (i love those!).

i honestly can't think of anything negative from my stay. everything was really great!

location is really good, a few minutes walk to the subway and train station. many eating places surrounds it and a convenience store is just downstairs. the staff was helpful and friendly, that was good. the room had a good layout and it allowed us to have two large suitcases open.

the room was small, i couldn't really open luggage fully. if you open it, there is not much space to move around. breakfast had few options, only four. bad wifi signal during the day too, that was annoying

i found the staff very helpful. they assisted with luggage forwarding. the location was great with easy access to ginza. i did use the luggage weighing machine.

the train noise was loud. it did make it difficult to sleep. rooms away from the track might be quieter. the area felt local.
